"I joined Fitness Maniacs after a very trying period in my life. I had seen results that friends had achieved and was tired of being over weight and uncomfortable in my clothes and my own skin for that matter.
I tried the BootCamp first, being an ever-cautious person, and loved it. I was still not dropping any weight, but I knew why. That awful vicious cycle of lose a few kgs and then put them straight back on again.
I signed-up for The Challenge and have not looked back since. The weight started to drop off. I felt empowered and driven. The trainers help tremendously. They are strict yet ever-encouraging. All I can do is thank every single one of them.
The training was invigorating and I could not get enough. I felt brilliant after the sessions and ready to take on the world. The diet is not easy to begin with, but once you get going, it does become habitual.
Always remember what you want to achieve, then put your head down and go for it!!
I am currently doing the next Challenge and I have dragged my daughter and a friend along with me. They love it too. It is something that you have to experience for yourself and you will not be sorry that you did. Be it for weight loss or just for fitness, this group of amazing people will help you get there, with a smile on your face".
