  1. 10 Minutes - Brisk walk or run
  2. 10 Squats - 10 seconds rest
  3. 10 Lunges on each leg - 10 seconds rest
  4. 20 Mountain Climbs - 10 seconds rest
  5. 10 Star jumps - 10 seconds rest
  6. 10 Press Ups - 10 seconds rest
  7. 15 Crunches - 10 seconds rest
  8. Repeat sequence 3 times
  9. 5 minute cool down walk
