Whats the difference between BootCamp and the Transformation Challenge?

Our 12 week Transformation Challenge is a fixed 12 week cycle whereby before and after photos and measurements are taken; diets and being eligible for the prize pool are included.
Our BootCamp is run concurrently with the challenge and is available in 6 and 12 week packages. Often for our challenge participants who would like to maintain their newly achieved results and keep their fitness up.

Mainiting exercise routines with like minded people keeps your exercise consistent and fun. BootCamp often runs all year round for our MANIACS.

How important is water?

Often not enough attention is paid to just how important your water intake affects your weight loss – If your body is dehydrated your body can’t burn calories efficiently and lose weight.
Don’t mistake hunger for thirst, make sure you drinking enough water, headaches, hunger and tiredness are all signs of dehydration Make sure you drinking enough water.
You’ll be amazed by how much weight you drop by simply by increasing your water intake consistently.

Are there different payment options available?

We have different payment options available, you are able to pay by once off EFT (electronic transfer) or by monthly debit order.

Can I train away a bad diet?

No – eating right should be 70% of your weight loss/ maintenance efforts.
